We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the order date to request a return. You will receive a full refund when you send back any pre-authorized product. Please keep in mind that all returned item must be pre-approved before returning it. Unauthorized products returns will be rejected and discarded.

Please note that we do not refund shipping cost unless we have sent the wrong product.  We do not issue refunds or store credits after 60 days of original order. 

Make Sure Returned Items Contain A Receipt or Order# So We Can Identify Your Purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have an order number, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase place with the return box.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll  receive a refunded on your original card within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved and received your return, please contact us at team@wassinutrition.com. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return labels.    

  

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or unauthorized product.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
